Hiveberg Sp. z o.o., a company registered under the laws of Poland, with its principal place of business at Noakowskiego 12/39, hereby establishes this Privacy Policy ("Policy") to demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy and protection of the information of the users ("Users") of our application, Rosterline ("App").

The App collects minimal personal information, specifically names, surnames, and email addresses, solely for the purpose of identifying individuals within the system and for the internal display of identity within the App. This information is not shared with any third parties and is used exclusively within the confines of the App's functionality. The App does not collect sensitive personal information such as financial details, health information, or government-issued identifiers.

Personal data collected is processed internally within the App and is not exported, shared, or sold to any external entities. The App employs appropriate technical and organizational security measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of user data.

We employ robust security measures including, but not limited to, Spring Boot Security mechanisms and JWT (JSON Web Tokens) to protect user data. Our databases are securely hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) servers, ensuring high standards of data security and protection against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. User Rights and Control

Users retain the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data. The App provides an account deletion feature, wherein a user's personal data (name, surname, and email address) will be permanently deleted from the system after a 90-day retention period, post account deletion request. Users are entitled to inquire about their data and exercise their rights by contacting our office via the provided email address.

6. Data Retention and Deletion Policy

User data is retained in our systems for a period of 10 years from the date of the user's last interaction with the App, unless a shorter retention period is requested by the user.

7. Modifications to the Policy

Hiveberg Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on the App's interface and website. Users will be notified of significant changes to the Policy through the App's interface or via email.
